I’m Krunal, the founder. I’m an artist who started this brand to combine bold art with meaningful action—to call out issues I care about and contribute to fixing them, one case at a time.

They are a community of highly skilled artists in Spain we partner with to create our unique designs. They bring a level of depth and craftsmanship that you won't find anywhere else.

They are very protective. Our cases are engineered with dual-layer protection to withstand drops, shocks, and the grind of daily use. They offer serious defense without the bulk.
7. What are the cases made of?
Our cases are constructed from high-quality, durable materials—a hard polycarbonate outer shell and a shock-absorbing TPU inner liner to protect against impact.
8. Are your cases compatible with wireless and MagSafe charging?
Yes. All our cases are designed to be fully compatible with both wireless (Qi) charging and MagSafe accessories. You can charge up and snap on accessories without ever taking the case off.
9. Will I be able to access all buttons and ports easily?
Absolutely. Our cases feature precise, clean cutouts, giving you easy access to all ports, buttons, speakers, and cameras without any obstruction.
10. How do I choose the right case for my phone model?
Each product page has a dropdown menu with a list of supported phone models. It is your responsibility to select the exact model you own. We are not responsible if you order a case for the wrong phone.
11. Will the design on the case fade, peel, or scratch off?
Our cases are printed using advanced techniques that embed the ink into the case material. This ensures the design is vibrant, durable, and resistant to scratches, peeling, and fading from normal use.
12. How do I clean my case?
Clean your case with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or alcohol, as they can damage the finish.
Ordering & Payment
13. How do I place an order?
Select the design you want, choose your exact phone model from the dropdown list, and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order.
14. Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?
No. Once an order is confirmed, it is immediately sent into our production queue. We cannot change or cancel it. Please double-check your phone model and design choice before you pay.
15. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal for secure and easy payment.
16. Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
Shipping & Delivery
17. How long will it take to get my order?
Shipping: After that, shipping takes an additional 5–25 business days, depending on your location.

18. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number to follow your package’s journey.
19. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to rebels all over the globe.
20. What about customs fees for international orders?
You are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by your country. We have no control over them and will not cover them. If you refuse to pay these fees, the package may be abandoned, and you will not be refunded.
21. What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors or your local post office. We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered. If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 28 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate.
Returns & Problem Resolution
22. What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or if you order a case for the wrong phone model. Read our full Refund Policy before you buy.
23. What if my case arrives damaged or is printed incorrectly?
If your case arrives damaged, has a major printing flaw, or is the wrong model you didn't order, we will replace it or refund you. Your satisfaction with the quality of our work is critical.
24. How do I report a problem with my order?
You must email us at hey@therebellionshop.com within 28 days of receiving your order. You must include your order number and clear photos of the issue. No photos, no replacement. It’s that simple.
25. Do I need to send the faulty case back?
No. Do not send any items back. We will handle everything once we have received your claim with the required photos.
