Shipping Policy

This policy outlines how we handle shipping for all orders placed with Rebellion. Our goal is to be transparent so you know exactly what to expect. By placing an order on our site, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing and Preparation
Before your order is shipped, it goes through a processing and preparation stage. This includes quality checks and packaging to ensure your items are ready for transit.
This process typically takes 2 to 5 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or for complex orders, preparation may take longer. Your total delivery time will be the processing time plus the shipping time.
2. Shipping Timelines and Rates
Once your order is prepared and ready, it is handed over to our shipping carriers. The shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination. You will see the final cost before you confirm your payment.
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- USA: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–15 business days
- Spain: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–25 business days
Important: These are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or weather events.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly with the carrier.
If you have not received a tracking number within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
4. International Orders, Customs, and Import Taxes
Shipments outside of the USA or EU may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and/or other fees levied by the destination country.
You, the customer, are solely responsible for paying all such fees. Rebellion has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are not responsible for any customs and tax fees applied to your order. If you refuse to pay these fees and the shipment is returned to us, we will not issue a refund.
Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs. We will contact you via email to obtain a corrected address and arrange for payment of the new shipping fee. We will not ship the order again until the reshipment fee has been paid.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
A. Package Marked as Delivered:
- Check with your neighbors, building management, or front desk to see if the package was left with them.
- Contact your local post office or the carrier directly. They may have additional information about the delivery location.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
B. Package Lost in Transit:
If your package is not marked as delivered and you believe it is lost in transit, you must contact us within 28 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed as lost, will arrange for a replacement to be sent.
