Refund & Return Policy

Read this policy carefully. It explains our position on refunds and returns. We are straightforward about how we handle these issues. By placing an order with Rebellion, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Core Policy: All Sales Are Final

Every single item you buy from us is created specifically for you after you place your order. We do not keep a stock of pre-made products. Because each product is uniquely made for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any of the following reasons:

  • Buyer’s Remorse: You change your mind about the product.
  • Incorrect Size Selection: You ordered the wrong size. Size charts are provided on product pages to help you make the right choice. It is your responsibility to use them.
  • Color Discrepancies: The color on your screen may differ slightly from the color of the printed product. This is normal, and not a basis for a return.
  • Minor Imperfections: Small variations are a natural part of the printing process.

Once an order is placed, it is final.

2. When We Will Fix a Problem

While we stand by our no-return policy, we also stand by the quality of our products. We will absolutely offer a free replacement or a full refund if your order has a significant issue that is our fault or the fault of our production partner.

Eligible reasons for a replacement or refund include:

  • Damaged in Transit: The item arrives visibly torn, broken, or otherwise damaged.
  • Manufacturing Defect: The product has a clear defect, such as a hole, a broken zipper, or incorrect stitching.
  • Printing Error: The design is misprinted, blurry, off-center, or otherwise has a major printing flaw.
  • Wrong Item Received: You received a completely different product, size, or design than what you ordered.

3. How to File a Claim

If your order falls into one of the eligible categories above, you must file a claim with us. Follow these steps precisely:

  • Contact Us Within 28 Days: You must contact us at hey@therebellionshop.com within 28 days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
  • Provide Your Order Number: Include your full order number in the subject line or body of your email.
  • Provide Photographic Proof: You must include clear, well-lit photos or a short video that show the damage or error. This is not optional. We cannot process a claim without visual proof of the issue.
  • Describe the Issue: Briefly explain what is wrong with the item.

4. Claim Processing

Once we receive your claim, we will review the information and photos. If we determine that the issue is our responsibility, we will notify you and arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you at no additional cost. In some cases, we may offer a refund instead of a replacement.

We will handle the entire process. There is no need for you to do anything further once your claim is approved.

5. Do Not Return Items

Do not send any items back to the address on the shipping label. We do not accept unauthorized returns. If you send an item back without first filing a claim and receiving instructions from us, you will not receive a replacement or a refund, and we will not be responsible for the item.
